1. Strength. The strength of the electroless nickel plating layer is much higher than that of the electroplating layer, and it is more wear-resistant. The strength of the electroless plating layer is generally HV300 to 500. If the heat treatment process is used, the strength of the electroless plating layer can be improved. Heat at 400 degrees for 1 hour The higher value of the strength is about HV1000, moderately reducing the heat treatment temperature and increasing the solution time can also increase the hardness value.

2. Magnetic properties, the magnetic properties of the electroless coating are determined by the phosphorus content and the reduction of heat treatment. Coatings with a phosphorus content exceeding 8% are weakly magnetic. The phosphorus content is more than 11%, and there is no magnetism at all. Coatings with a phosphorus content of less than 8% are magnetic, but their magnetic properties are smaller than those of electroplated nickel layers, and the magnetic properties are significantly improved after heat treatment.

3. Resistivity, the resistivity of the electroless nickel plating layer is related to the phosphorus content, the more phosphorus content, the greater the resistance of the product.
